Roles & Responsibilities:
- Successfully work in a scaled environment, impacting a large and diverse customer portfolio.
- Instill customer centricity and bring added value solutions for 2bcloud’s existing clients.
- Retain customers and identify opportunities to expand the scope of work.
- Build and leverage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to further adopt cloud services in the market.
- Collaborate with 2bcloud resources to support customer interests and further drive solution adoption.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a CSM in a cloud services company or close connection to cloud sales -Must.
- Prior experience managing a large number of clients simultaneously.
- Customer-facing experience, presenting both technical solutions and business impact.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to keep focus and ignore the noise.
