Cloud Solution Architect

Israel- Hybrid

As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge cloud-based solutions that not only meet our clients’ needs but also align seamlessly with our business objectives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ideation and execution of new and existing technology initiatives, providing strategic insights and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision;
  • Oversee the lifecycle of the architecture creation, from the initial concept creation through the completion of the design, ensuring architectural decisions align with strategic objectives of company, including especially future scalability and adaptability in design;
  • Develop and mature processes for ongoing updates of the Architecture, ensuring it remains accurate, dynamic, and responsive to changes throughout the Software Development lifecycle;

Requirements:

  • Be familiar with Cloud, Ruby, Java and
    JavaScript/TypeScript at a minimum, architectural design patterns, and the agile method(s);
  • 6-8 years of consulting experience designing and delivering Azure infrastructure;
  • Strong understanding of network protocols/services and
    network infrastructures;
  • Demonstrated, deep understanding and expertise in major Azure technologies including storage accounts, VM’s, Application Gateway, Functions.
  • ACS, AKS/Kubernetes and related deployment services
  • IaC/Terraform

As a FinOps Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing cloud costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation for our clients. Senior DevOps Engineer

Israel - Hybrid and U.S- Remote

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will support top-tier startups in maximizing their use of Azure/AWS. This role is a unique blend of technical depth, hands-on experience, and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at 2bcloud you will work closely with Marketing and Sales to help drive 2bcloud’s offering.  You will be responsible for outbound sales activity to discover, nurture, and qualify new business opportunities. You will have to research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects and qualify leads before handing them off to the sales team.

  • Generate existing business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities and inbound lead follow-up

Cloud DevOps Support Engineer

U.S- Remote

As a DevOps support Engineer at 2bcloud, you will play a crucial role in ensuring 2bcloud’s customer success and their super high availability in the cloud, as they first come on board, and as an ongoing first-line technical support. If you have deep technical knowledge, great interpersonal skills, passion to learn new things every day, work with cutting-edge technologies, and to keep developing yourself every day then this is the place for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage support tickets using CRM tools.
  • Provide front-line technical support with exceptional customer service via 2bcloud support system (Zendesk) and Teams meetings.
  • Review customer inquiries and questions, acquire all relevant details, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
  • Document all incoming cases reported by end-users via
    telephone, ticketing system, and other support channels as required.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
  • Work closely with customers, engineering team, management team, and sales team as a point of contact for client issues.
  • Understand processes, event management and prioritization.
  • Follow written procedures, share knowledge among the team, create new documentation for both technical and end-user roles.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in shifts. Mostly in morning or evening shift (08:00-17:00 or 11:00-20:00)
  • Considering working at nights and weekends (5-8 night shifts per month instead of the day shifts)
  • Customer Support experience in customer-facing technical roles (Must).
  • Previous experience in IT support organizations (Must).
  • 2-3 years’ experience working and troubleshooting in cloud-based environments (Azure\AWS – Must).
