As a Cloud Sales Manager at 2bcloud, you’ll be integral in generating new business opportunities within the Digital Native and fast-growing startup segments.
Your role involves:
- Identifying new prospects and generating a robust pipeline.
- Cultivating close relationships with Account Executives and other key parties within AWS and Azure to create new opportunities and synergies.
- Solution pitching, managing deals, negotiating, and closing a significant number of opportunities.
- Harnessing your passion and knowledge of 2bcloud’s services and the customer’s chosen technology platforms (Azure and AWS) to drive business growth
Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned quota and pipeline goals while providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop territory strategies to generate and grow business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Azure and AWS Executives and Partner Managers to maximize business outcomes.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure high-quality customer proposals and contracts.
- Lead customers through the entire business cycle, achieving strategic goals.
- Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development for lead generation and campaign management.
- Ensure accuracy in sales forecasting and CRM management.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years in quota-carrying sales roles in the technology sector, focusing on SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
- Proven track record in selling Azure and/or AWS cloud products/services. (Mandatory)
- Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting.
- Strong understanding of the technology and cloud computing market.
- Independent, entrepreneurial spirit with strong networking skills.
- Self-organized, goal-oriented, and tenacious.
- Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
