Customer Success Manager

Role Overview: 

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a CSM at 2bcloud, you’ll develop deep personal, business, and technical relationships with our customers. Your mission will be to understand their industry, business, tech environment, and challenges to create impactful solutions and ensure they maximize the value of their partnership with us, while identifying opportunities to grow the business through relevant services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a diverse customer portfolio, driving meaningful impact in a scaled environment. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering added value and customer-centric solutions to meet client needs. 
  • Retain existing customers while identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell of additional services or projects. 
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance cloud adoption. 
  • Collaborate with 2bcloud’s technical, sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional results. 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a CSM or Account Manager in a cloud environment — MSP/SI/Professional Services – Must 
  • Experience in selling services, SOW-based projects, or cloud-native products – Huge advantage 
  • Strong ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for presenting technical solutions and demonstrating business value. 
  • A confident, independent approach with excellent problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to focus on goals and objectives while handling a dynamic environment.
